- Payment Obligation: By enrolling in a Bhasha Institute course, you acknowledge and agree that you are under an obligation to pay the full course fee as specified at the time of enrollment.
- No Refund Policy: Once you have made payment for a course, regardless of whether you have accessed the course content or not, no refunds will be issued. This policy applies to all our language courses, including German, Spanish, English, and French.
- Course Access: You will have access to the course materials for the specified duration, which will be outlined at the time of enrollment. It is your responsibility to manage your time and complete the course within this duration.
Course Cancellation by Bhasha Institute
In the unlikely event that Bhasha Institute needs to cancel a course for reasons beyond your control (e.g., unavailability of instructors or unforeseen technical issues), we will provide a full refund to affected students.
Exceptional Circumstances
In rare and exceptional cases, Bhasha Institute may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis due to unforeseen and extenuating circumstances, such as medical emergencies or military service deployment. Requests for such refunds should be submitted in writing to our customer support team.
